General Trade Import and Export Agent Service
About the agent service for general trade import and export business, our company provides convenient and fast business support for clients without import and export permission. The following are the relevant matters to be paid attention to on agent services for general trade import and export:

1. Confirmation of order, contract and delivery date.
Confirmation of order - confirm the price and quantity of the goods.
Confirmation of contract - confirm the terms of the contract, the final quantity, price of the goods, the latest shipping date.

2. Notify domestic agent, that is, notify us.

3. Notify domestic agent. Contact us to prepare the customs clearance documents. Customs clearance documents: B/L, invoice, packing list, contract, certificate of origin, quality inspection certificate, packing declaration, etc. (documents are to be prepared based on the specific name of the product, the country of import, etc.).

3. Customs Clearance Process
Documents exchange - go to the freight forwarder or shipping company to exchange for the D/O (refer to the B/L to determine where to do the exchange. HBL issued by freight forwarder, and MBL issued by shipping company.)
Electronic declaration - preliminary input on computer, document examination, sending, contact customs for release.
Inspection Application -after the electronic declaration is approved, one of the four couplets of the customs declaration sheet shall be used for price declaration at the Commodity Inspection Bureau that will issue the customs clearance form or the three-inspection seals.

On-site hand-over of documents - hand over documents at Customs (for the required documents, please refer to the essence post of this section).

Inspection - Customs will carry out inspection based on the supervision conditions to the name of the goods declared and the inspection probability on the same day, and will issue a notice of inspection if there is any.
Release - the following steps are to be went through for release by customs :

1. First time release.
2. Issue the inspection notice or second time release without inspection.
3. After inspection, seal and release.
4. Transportation.

It is necessary to pay attention to whether the Commodity Inspection Bureau will issue a note of animal-plant health inspection before transportation. If the note of animal-plant health inspection is issued, the inspection shall be applied half a working day in advance.

Animal-plant health inspection is mandatory, otherwise the price incurred by evading inspection would be a fine between RMB 2-50, 000 or a suspension of the company’s permission to apply for inspection. The truck team needs to prepare a pick-up plan at the port, such as: plan at the port, cargo sort-out plan, container release plan, etc. Usually, such plan needs to be prepared one working day in advance.

5. Warehousing and Distribution
After receiving the goods, the consignee shall arrange warehousing and distribution. The tax bill needs to be submitted to Revenue Bureau to deduct VAT. The imported goods under customs supervision shall not be transferred within the period of supervision, and if they need to be transferred, they shall be declared to the customs again.
