Job responsibilities

1. Contact customers to arrange space booking and transportation;

2. Contact the shipping company or freight company to arrange space booking, bill of lading issuance, etc;

3. Processing and operation arrangement of relevant forms, documents and data;

4. Coordinate and solve customer consultation, complaints and disputes;

5. Complete other related work assigned by the superior.

Qualification

1. Technical secondary school degree or above, major in shipping or international trade;

2. At least 1 year working experience in shipping related field, familiar with shipping market is preferred; (accepted by fresh graduates)

3. Proficient in handling import and export orders and freight operation processes, with freight documents and practical operation skills;

4. Good English listening, speaking, reading and writing, proficient in office software system;

5. Steady personality, meticulous work, good communication skills and strong sense of service and team.
